RETURNS & REFUNDS
We pride ourselves in only choosing high quality products to sell. We are sure that you will find them fault free. As we pride ourselves on our product if you do come across a fault please contact us immediately on [email protected] and we will ensure to rectify the situation.
We will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please choose carefully before purchasing making sure that colours and sizing is correct. We are not able to accept the return of sale items, unless the item is faulty.
Postage and packaging cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. If you have bought an incorrect size we will happily exchange it, although postage costs will have to be covered by yourself.
Some of our products are hand crafted through manual processes and as a result may contain slight flaws and variations in colour and finish.
Please accept these minor imperfections as they are standard characteristics of our beautiful handmade products.
We value your custom and will do all we can to ensure you are happy with our product range, all feedback is taken seriously.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on this website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Our prices are subject to change. We will always try and pass on the best possible price to our customers.
